EMI Health CareClinic Overview
What This Is

A clinic built around you—convenient, affordable, and exclusive to Alpine School District medical plan members and their families.

The EMI Health CareClinic opens February 2, 2026, to provide everyday healthcare at little or no cost. This benefit was created to give you better access to quality care, without the stress of long wait times or high out-of-pocket costs.

✓ $0–$25 depending on your EMI Health plan, Plans A&B-$0 cost, Plans C&D-$25 fee (waived once deductible is met).

✓ Preventive Care appointments are covered 100% at no cost, no matter which plan you're on.

✓ Same-day appointments (virtual & in-person)

✓ Onsite generic medications at no cost

✓ Personal care from a dedicated provider

To provide immediate access to care, the EMI Health CareClinic is currently located inside the Vivint Clinic.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Closed Daily: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Same day appointments are often available.

MEET YOUR PROVIDER

Troy Bitters, PA-CTroy Bitters edit

Troy Bitters, PA-C is a licensed Physician Assistant with more than eighteen years of experience in family medicine, pediatrics, and orthopedics. He believes in whole-person care, with a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and building long-term relationships with his patients. His education began at the University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science, followed by Physician Assistant training at Alderson Broaddus College in West Virginia and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!). He holds bachelor’s degrees in Medical Science and Sports Medicine.

Family plays a central role in Troy’s life. He has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 25 years, and together they have four wonderful children. He enjoys watching, playing, and coaching sports, and participated in football, soccer, and track throughout high school and college.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, Troy enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing, as well as skiing and golfing. Growing up in England while his father served in the U.S. Air Force sparked a lifelong love of travel and a desire to see the world. He has since traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, and values time spent creating memories with his family.

Troy is excited to serve the employees of Alpine School District and their families through the EMI Health Care Clinic. He looks forward to meeting you, building meaningful relationships, and partnering with you to support your health and well-being.
